• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including our software, trademarks, and design, are owned by Ojahmi. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Services without our written permission.

• Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services, such as payment gateways and shipping providers. You acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

4. Fees and Payments

• Subscription Fees: You agree to pay the subscription fees for the Ojahmi plan you choose. Fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) and are non-refundable.

• Transaction Fees: Ojahmi may charge a transaction fee on sales made through your store, in addition to any fees charged by your payment gateway.

• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties related to your sales.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OJAHMI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. We may also suspend your account if we believe it is necessary to protect the security of the Services or our users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
